AÉRO-DG Solutions ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our clients and website visitors. - Providing quotes and logistics consultations
- Generating regulatory compliance documents (Shipper's Declarations, DGDs)
- Communicating shipment updates
- Internal security and compliance audit logging
3. CASL Compliance
By providing your email through our contact forms, you provide implied consent for us to contact you regarding your specific inquiry. You may opt out of any marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly through our contact page.
4. Data Retention & Breach Notification
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations:
- Contact form inquiries: 90 days after response, unless you become a customer
- Customer accounts: Retained until you request deletion
- Session cookies: Automatically cleared when you close your browser
- Preference cookies: Retained for 1 year unless cleared by you
- Regulatory/audit data: May be retained longer if required to respond to DOT, IATA, or Transport Canada audits
Breach Notification: In the unlikely event of a data breach, we will notify affected individuals within 60 days of discovery, in compliance with PIPEDA requirements.
5. Service Providers & Third Parties
We work with trusted service providers to operate our website and deliver services. These providers include:
- Google Analytics: Website traffic analysis (anonymized)
- Cloudflare: Web Application Firewall and DDoS protection
- Payment processors: Stripe or similar (PCI-DSS compliant; we do not store credit card numbers)
- Email hosting: Gmail / G Suite (for corporate email only)
- Web hosting: Render.com (infrastructure and database hosting)
All service providers are bound by confidentiality agreements and are prohibited from using your data for purposes other than providing services to us. For detailed information about how these providers handle your data, consult their individual privacy policies.
6. Security & Cybersecurity Practices
We employ enterprise-grade encryption, secure server protocols, and robust security measures to protect your data. Our cybersecurity practices include:
- Firewall & WAF: All network perimeters and corporate devices are protected by active firewalls including a Web Application Firewall (Cloudflare).
- Vulnerability Management: Passwords, database access rules, and system dependencies are regularly reviewed and patched.
- Email Security: All corporate communication is scanned for malicious links and attachments.
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): Enforced for all business email, remote network, and server console access.
- VPN: Remote administrative access to production systems requires an authenticated VPN tunnel.
- Data Backups: Mission-critical data is backed up daily using AES-256 encrypted backups stored off-site.
- PCI-DSS Compliance: Payment processing is conducted only through PCI-DSS compliant third-party processors; we do not handle or store credit card data.
7. GDPR & International Compliance
AÉRO-DG Solutions operates in Ontario, Canada, and personal information is collected and processed under PIPEDA. For EU/EEA residents, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
- Data Processing Addendum: Upon request, we execute a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) to comply with GDPR Article 28 requirements for business customers in the EU.
- Your GDPR rights: Access, rectification, erasure (right to be forgotten), restrict processing, data portability, and withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at abhi.k@aero-dg.ca
- Data transfer: Your information is transferred to and processed in Canada. By using our website, you consent to this transfer and our use of your data as described in this policy.
For California residents, we respect the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). For Canadian residents outside Ontario or Quebec, your personal information is protected under federal PIPEDA requirements.
8. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services not operated by AÉRO-DG Solutions. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. 9. Business Transfers
In the event AÉRO-DG Solutions is acquired, merges with another company, or transfers substantially all of its assets, your personal information may be one of the assets transferred. You acknowledge and consent that such a transfer may occur, and that any acquiring party would continue to handle your personal information consistent with this Privacy Policy.
Terms of Service
By accessing the AÉRO-DG Solutions platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be exclusively resolved in the courts of Ontario.
1. Platform Availability & Disclaimer
AÉRO-DG Solutions provides its website and services on an "as is, as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform's availability, features, and accuracy are not guaranteed. Users should not rely on the platform for legal compliance decisions without independent verification.
2. Regulatory Compliance Responsibility
CRITICAL: AÉRO-DG Solutions does not assume responsibility for compliance with DOT, IATA, IMDG, Transport Canada TDG, or any other applicable dangerous goods regulations. The Shipper remains solely and exclusively responsible for:
- Ensuring accurate classification of dangerous goods under applicable regulations
- Determining proper packaging, labeling, and documentation requirements
- Verifying that products are fit for intended shipping purposes
- Compliance with all applicable transportation regulations
- Consequences of non-compliance, including regulatory fines, penalties, and liability
Guidance provided by AÉRO-DG Solutions (via our platform, phone support, or consulting services) is advisory only and does not constitute legal or regulatory compliance warranty. The Shipper is solely responsible for independent verification of all regulatory requirements.
3. User Indemnification
User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AÉRO-DG Solutions and its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from or related to:
- User's use of the platform or services
- User's violation of these Terms of Service or applicable law
- User's dangerous goods classification, packaging, or shipping decisions
- Third-party claims arising from User's use of our services
- Non-compliance with DOT, IATA, IMDG, or Transport Canada regulations
4. Account Security
User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials, API keys, and account information. User must immediately notify AÉRO-DG Solutions of any unauthorized access or suspected compromise of account security. AÉRO-DG Solutions is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from User's failure to maintain confidentiality.
6. Professional Responsibility
AÉRO-DG Solutions provides regulatory guidance and document preparation services. However, the Shipper remains legally responsible for the accuracy of information provided and the physical packaging of dangerous goods in accordance with IATA DGR and Transport Canada TDG regulations.
7. Quotes & Estimates
Quotes generated by our platform are estimates. A quote is only binding once formally signed by both parties and a Quote ID is issued. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
8. Prohibited Use
Users may not attempt to reverse-engineer our compliance logic, bypass security controls, or use our platform to facilitate the transport of undeclared or illegal hazardous materials.
9. Payment Terms
Full payment is due prior to cargo tender at the airline cargo counter, unless a corporate credit account has been established in writing with AÉRO-DG Solutions. For corporate accounts, payment terms are Net-30 from the date of the signed Shipper's Declaration unless otherwise agreed. Dangerous goods services are non-refundable once the Shipper's Declaration has been signed and cargo has been tendered to the carrier. AÉRO-DG Solutions reserves the right to withhold release of all shipping documentation until full payment is confirmed.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, AÉRO-DG Solutions shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from user's use of the platform or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or regulatory fines or penalties. AÉRO-DG Solutions's total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the service fee paid for the specific service in question. This limitation applies regardless of any negligence or other fault by AÉRO-DG Solutions.
11. User-Submitted Content
If you submit reviews, testimonials, or other content to us (including through our contact forms or by email), you grant AÉRO-DG Solutions a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, and display that content for business and marketing purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you submit does not violate any law or infringe a third party's rights.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by AÉRO-DG Solutions or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.
13. AI-Generated Media
Certain visual media on this website, including the video featured on our homepage hero section, was generated using Kling AI, a third-party generative AI tool. This media is used for illustrative and promotional purposes only and does not depict actual AÉRO-DG Solutions facilities, personnel, or shipments unless otherwise stated. No claim of ownership over the underlying AI model or its output beyond our licensed usage rights is made or implied.
14. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a user's access to our website or services, without notice, if we determine in good faith that the user has violated these Terms of Service or engaged in fraudulent or harmful activity.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
In accordance with Ontario consumer protection guidelines, our refund policy is as follows:
1. Professional Services
Fees for consulting, training, and document preparation are non-refundable once work has commenced. If a project is cancelled before commencement, a full refund (minus any payment processing fees already incurred) will be issued within 5 business days.
2. Digital Products
Access to one-time compliance toolkits or premium resources is non-refundable once the digital asset has been accessed or downloaded.
3. Disputed Charges
We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of active logistics services and legal recovery actions.

Responsible Disclosure
AÉRO-DG Solutions takes the security of our platform and client data seriously. We welcome reports from independent security researchers who discover vulnerabilities in our systems.
How to report: Submit vulnerability reports to abhi.k@aero-dg.ca with the subject line "Security Disclosure". Include a detailed description, reproduction steps, and potential impact.

Our Commitments
- We will acknowledge your report within 3 business days
- We will keep you informed of remediation progress
- We will not pursue legal action against good-faith researchers who follow this policy
- We will credit researchers in remediation notes upon request
We do not currently offer a bug bounty program. Submissions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
