AÉRO-DG Solutions ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our clients and website visitors. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard personal information in compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and the Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

We collect information necessary to provide dangerous goods logistics services, including:

• Corporate details (company name, address)
• Technical shipment data (UN numbers, hazard classes)
• Payment information (processed securely via Stripe)

2. Use of Information

Your data is used solely for:

• Providing quotes and logistics consultations
• Generating regulatory compliance documents (DGDs)
• Communicating shipment updates
• Internal security and audit logging

3. CASL Compliance

By providing your email through our contact forms, you provide "implied consent" for us to contact you regarding your specific inquiry. You may opt-out of any marketing communications at any time via the 'unsubscribe' link or by contacting us directly.

4. Security & Cybersecurity Practices

We employ enterprise-grade encryption, secure server protocols, and robust security measures to protect your data. Specifically, our business adheres to the following cybersecurity practices:

• Firewall & Antivirus: All network perimeters and corporate devices are protected by active firewalls (including Web Application Firewalls) and endpoint antivirus detection.
• Vulnerability Management: Passwords, database access rules, and system dependencies are regularly updated to address and patch emerging security vulnerabilities.
• Email Security: All corporate and incoming communication systems are automatically scanned for malicious links and attachments to prevent infiltration.
• Security Training: All employees and logistics administrators receive regular anti-phishing and secure handling training.
• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): MFA is strictly enforced for all business email, remote network, and server console access.
• Virtual Private Network (VPN): Remote administrative access to database servers and production networks requires a secure, authenticated VPN tunnel.
• Data Recovery & Backups: A tested data recovery plan is in place. All mission-critical database states and customer records are backed up daily using AES-256 encrypted backups stored off-site.
• Breach Notification: In compliance with Canadian and provincial data protection laws (PIPEDA), records of all data breach incidents are securely kept, and affected individuals will be notified in the event of a personal data breach.

Terms of Service

By accessing the AÉRO-DG Solutions platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

1. Professional Responsibility

AÉRO-DG Solutions provides regulatory guidance and document preparation tools. However, the Shipper remains legally responsible for the accuracy of information provided and the physical packaging of dangerous goods in accordance with IATA/TDG regulations.

2. Digital Quotes

Quotes generated by our AI engine are estimates. A quote is only binding once formally signed by both parties and a Quote ID is issued. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

3. Prohibited Use

Users may not attempt to reverse-engineer our compliance logic, bypass security controls, or use our platform to facilitate the transport of undeclared or illegal hazardous materials.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, AÉRO-DG Solutions's liability for any shipment is limited to the value of the service fee paid, unless additional insurance is explicitly purchased and documented.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

In accordance with Ontario consumer protection guidelines and Stripe's merchant requirements, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Professional Services

Fees for consulting, training, and document preparation are non-refundable once the work has commenced. If a project is cancelled before commencement, a full refund (minus credit card processing fees) will be issued.

2. Digital Products

Access to one-time compliance toolkits or premium resources is non-refundable once the digital asset has been accessed or downloaded.

3. Disputed Charges

We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in the suspension of all active logistics services and legal recovery actions.
