Six core services — every step from classification to airline acceptance
We handle all non-radioactive dangerous goods classes including explosives, corrosives, flammables, and toxic substances.
DG Packaging
UN-certified packaging for all non-radioactive hazard classes. We select the right spec, pack on-site, and verify every mark before your freight reaches the cargo counter.
Fast-Track Repack
Shipment rejected at the counter? We offer same-day emergency repack and NOD rescue at YYZ Pearson — so your freight makes the flight.
Documentation
Shipper's Declarations, DG manifests, AWB annotations, and TDG documentation — completed and signed by certified agents to IATA-DGR and TC TDG standards.
Classification
UN number identification, packing group assignment, hazard class ruling, and PAX vs. CAO determination — so nothing reaches the airline counter misclassified.
Acceptance
Pre-acceptance checklist, label and mark verification, document review — we confirm every shipment is airline-ready before it hits the acceptance counter.

SDS / GHS Authoring & Review
A Safety Data Sheet (SDS) is a legal document required under the Globally Harmonized System (GHS) and Canada's WHMIS 2015 for any hazardous substance. An inaccurate or outdated SDS exposes your company to regulatory fines, voided insurance, and serious liability in the event of an incident. We author, review, and update SDS documents to full GHS Rev. 9 and WHMIS 2015 standards.
- Full 16-section GHS-compliant SDS authoring from scratch
- WHMIS 2015 / HazCom 2012 (US) dual-jurisdiction SDS
- Review and update of existing SDS to current GHS edition
- Transport classification validation — confirms UN number, packing group, and hazard class from the SDS data
- Batch authoring for product lines — discounted rate for 5+ SDS documents
Why it matters for shipping: Your SDS is the source document for determining your UN number, packing group, and hazard class. If the SDS is wrong, your Shipper's Declaration is wrong. A correctly authored SDS can also identify reclassification opportunities — reducing packing group restrictions and freight costs.
IATA Q-Value Calculator
When packing different dangerous goods together in one outer package (All Packed in One), the combined Q-Value must not exceed 1.0. Use this tool to verify compliance before submitting your shipment.
Q = (Q1 / M1) + (Q2 / M2) + ... ≤ 1.0
Q = Net quantity per package | M = Maximum net quantity permitted per package (from IATA DGR Packing Instructions)
✔ Note: The calculator automatically handles unit conversions if you mix measurements (e.g., kg and g).
⚠ This tool provides guidance only. Always confirm against the current IATA DGR edition and consult a certified DG agent for shipment sign-off.
